PART 2 Inactive Projects Digital Documentation Process (DDP) Archiving Wizard

You should fill out this form (example below) once you have completed Part 1 of the Inactive Projects Archiving Wizard (light blue).

Copy this link to the transfer the form to your Cognito account. Follow the same steps detailed in Part 1 to disseminate the Wizard and to collect responses.

The most important part of Part 2 is to manually insert the DOI and Catalogue Record URL into the Archiving Dossier Narrative.

Once Part 2 is complete, go to the “Entries” tab in Cognito forms and choose:

Responses to PART 2 Archiving Wizard – Inactive Projects

This will create a PDF that lists all the files needed to transfer all of the collected DDP documentation into the digital repository of choice (public or institutional).

Do not fill out the form here, as it will send your responses to DDP website administrators.
